Can you get in trouble for ordering free USPS shipping boxes and not using them? Someone ordered a lot of free USPS shipping boxes using my name and address, and I don't really want to send them back. Will I get in trouble if I just keep them and don't use them for shipping anything?

I have had the USPS come to my house after I scheduled a pick up one time, (to return a cell phone to Net10), my question is, the free shipping kit with the 3 boxes and 1 priority envelope I received don't have any postage on them, and I cannot get out very often to the post office, is there a way I can package my items to ship, schedule a delivery and give the postal worker cash on pick up or something of that sort? An Ebay item I sold was damaged during USPS shipping...what's the best thing to do? I just got an email from the buyer of my Dell laptop battery. Apparently the battery was broke around the edges. Well, the battery was brand new and was not broke when I sent it. I had it wrapped in bubble wrap and then inside of a priority mail envelope. I am not really sure how USPS managed to damage it. He claims that if I go to the post office on post that they will ship my package (which is flat rate priority mail) for free, but I think he's mistaken. Why Is USPS' Customer Service So Terrible? So I ordered a package off of Amazon and it said the package would arrive in 5-9 days (I chose the free shipping offer) and Amazon sent me an e-mail saying that the arrival date would be the 29th of July. As of today its 2 days over-due, and their track and confirm service on the USPS website is a joke, its rarely ever updated. So I decided to call them today, and all the numbers that the USPS website offers are all automated recordings, and when I entered my shipping label #, the automated service said the package couldn't be tracked on the phone, so I finally found a USPS number to order shipping supplies and I got an actual person on the phone who transfered me to their shipping / tracking department, the guy asked for my phone number and when he re-read the number back to me one of the numbers he said was wrong, so I corrected him, which he didn't like very much and so he hung up on me, I wasn't rude at all about it either. So I called the number for ordering shipping supplies back (since I never got a direct phone # to the shipping department) and they told me that all the lines were busy and that I'd have to call the general automated number again and I had to keep hitting the pound button on the phone in order for the automated service to direct me to a real person, tried it and that didn't work at all, it just kept repeating the same thing over and over. Needless to say, I'm not very pleased with USPS at the moment, and I'm very tolerant of customer service employees as I am one myself and know how hard it can be some times, but this is just ridiculous. So my question is, does anyone know what the problem might be with my package? And / or why customer service is so horrible with USPS? I made a return via USPS, it says it still hasn't shipped? I bought a fleece jacket & a hoodie from Urban Outfitters, and they didn't fit right. The obvious solution to this problem would be to return them to get my money back. The closest U.O (Urban Outfitters) is sixty miles from where I live. I had already payed the $6.00 shipping & handling fee, which includes free shipping back, so I decided to mail both item(s) back in the same package they arrived. I took it to the post office on (February 27, 2009) and personally handed it to a USPS worker. Ok I recently won an auction on ebay from a seller with 0 feedback, after speaking to paypal they made me feel comfortable enough that they had me covered in case of fraud, so I bid and won the auction, the shipping said "free shipping US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope", the seller did not reply to two emails sent during the Christmas Holiday which was understandable, ebay advised I call the seller and I did, she was very nice on the phone and said she would ship the item out that day, later sent me an email with tracking info, the problem was that it was not USPS as her page said, it was www.theupsstore.com, when I called UPS they said it was a franchise that was not owned by them, the tracking # the seller gave did not work on the regular UPS website, weird? at www.theupsstore.com, the tracking link gave me a warning on mozilla, explorer, and chrome saying Secure Connection Failed www.iship.com uses an invalid security certificate. Usps question..My Post office..? Some of you might recall i posted a question last week about Carrier pickup..I had 2 Priority packages with shipping labels on them..the carrier came back and said he couldn't take them unless the labels said Click N' Ship. USPS boxes and labels? Hello, I'm trying to ship a package. (I'm new to this) I was wondering if I am allowed to print or write my shipping addresses (Labels) at the usps office? I was also wondering if the boxes there are free? I'm located in SF, CA. Anyone from here that knows how this works, other places are fine too. I just need info. Thanks. I wanted to know if I went to the post office to get the boxes, will the boxes be free. I know online is free.
