I think a United State Postal Service employee is stealing valuable mail. What should I do? I have bought/sold/traded small collectible items through ebay and other venues for about the last 10 years. Up until a couple of years ago, my trade volume was higher than it is now- perhaps 50 packages per month via USPS. I never once had a single problem until this last November. I work for the post office in delaware would like to transfer to post office in virginia or metro area? I have been employed with the United States Postal Service since March of 1999, as a Window and Distribution Clerk, in Wilmington, Delaware. I have moved to Triangle, Virginia and have been trying to transfer to one of the post offices in my area for over 1 year. I have been unable to get any help from management and my union with my transfer. my 2 1/2 + hour drive has taken its toll on me. Everyone has seen the logo for the post office - it's a streamlined version of an eagle on a blue background. I think that logo showed up around 1994 or 1995. Why is it United States Post Office raising prices out of market? On February 6, 2009 my wife mailed several packages. It was the first time that there were extra charges on some packages averaging $3.00. The postman told me that packages that are not standard size are non machinable and are being charged extra. DOES UNITED STATES POST OFFICE SERVICE PICKUP OUTGOING MAIL? called my post master and I was told that if their is no delivery to your address they will not come to your mail box to pickup out going mail. How true is this and why do we have to buy postal stamps, are they being outsource or what. My outgoing mail from yesterday was still in my mail box adding more today and their are all important mail, all mail envelops sticking out of the mail box to show that their is a pickup mail. TBD

United States Postal Service Families? My dad works for the post office, and for my entire life my life has been run by the post office. My dad missed out on a lot of important things for me because the post office called him in and told him that they were more important. Now that I'm a teenager it's kind of too late to have those dad and daughter times like I wished there to be. Our whole family is getting fed up with him giving up all his saturdays (he has seven a year that he doesn't work) and going in for someone who suddenly has an issue. I filled out a change of address form at the time, and I went in the post office to let them know that we were the new residents. Since then, we are failing to receive SOME of our mail. I say "some" because we receive certain magazines, certain statements, some bills... What I do not receive are: Blockbuster online movies (a service I pay for each month). Blockbuster ships movies one day, and then about 5 days later it shows as being returned back. I never get them.
