Is Fedex Kinko's self service a waste of money? I was at Fedex today and needed to print something. The LAZY employees told me to go to the SELF-SERVICE area. I went and it said 45 cents per minute. I did not mind since I know I could print quick. It took over 5 minutes for everything to load. What's funny is that the time kept going even though the system froze. I ended paying $5 for something that only cost $2! Anyone else had this experience with Fedex?

Can Fedex Kinko's print out the image files that I burn onto a data disc? First, I would create and burn a data disc containing image files I plan to get printed. Then I send the data disc to fedex kinko's to ask them to burn all of the images I put into the disc. Does fedex kinko's do that kind of service. To sum it up: Burn image files on disc, then send the disc to kinkos, and ask them to print the images out. I would've given them a flash drive, but flash drives lately have been messing up the computers, I wouldn't want that for kinko's equipment.

What's it like working at Fedex Kinko's? I want to apply to a job opening they have. It is a customer service associate. I just want to know what its like working there? Are customers rude? Is it a fast paced environment? And also, does management put any pressure on associates to make customers buy extra/other services and products? I worked electronics retail and management always tried to make me attach 500 dollar attachments (warranties, accessories, etc.) to every purchase one makes. I didnt like that pressure, especially since most of the customers paying for the TV dont have the money to buy the other stuff. Do you know how I can make a digital image from an x-ray film either myself or from a service like Kinko's? I have a full sized canine shoulder x-ray (approximately 15 X 18 inches) and I would like to make a digital image of the film for a power point slide. I am aware of special software and scanners on the market for this purpose, but do not plan making these types of images regularly. Is there a way to make an accurate image with a more standard scanner or can digital images be produced at common office service center such as FedEx-Kinko's or some other commonly accessible service center?
Where did my FedEx Package Go? I recently got a package sent to me, but it went to the wrong address, so the courier sent it to a Local FedEx Facility. Did FedEx take my Wii? Should I be concerned or take recourse? My Wii console needs service. Nintendo provided a FedEx shipping label for me to ship the console back to them. I took the console (packaged in a bag, not in the original box, per Nintendo's instructions) to my local FedEx Kinko's to have it boxed and shipped. I gave the store clerk my payment for them to package it and the shipping label to ship it. I left with no proof that FedEx has my Wii console. All I have is a receipt for a box and the store clerk's reassurance that they "will take care of it." I called last night after not seeing the shipment appear on the FedEx tracking site (after the last pickup). They assured me it would be there. Well, it's the next day and still no tracking record. No record that FedEx has my Wii console and the store is closed (New Year's day). Am I just supposed to trust that everyone who works for FedEx is a benevolent human being and would not be tempted to "lose" my Wii console (or any package for that matter) or state they never saw it?

I just started a new job with really nice people? I've always had a problem making friends at school/work. This past monday I started a new job with FedEx Kinko's and there is 3 people that I will be working with all day long. Where can I find Wi-Fi or internet access to use my laptop in San Juan, PR? I'm traveling to PR for 2 months and I'm having a hard time locating any Wi-Fi/internet access locations in the city. I have a T-Mobile Hot Spot account, but unfortunately it looks like the only Hot Spot location is at the Luis Munoz Marin airport in the American Airlines lounge, which clearly presents a problem. Neighborhood tragedy...Thank you to all? To all of you that answered my question last week over the my neighborhood tragedy I would like to thank you. I asked that all responses be dignified and sincere. All of you that answered kept to my request and provided dignified, sincere answers. This was a tough time for my neighbors and a week that provided an emotional rollercoaster; however, with your kindness, suggestions, and assistance I was able to apply some of those recommendations to good use. Additionally, as tight and close as we are in my neighborhood we came together and provided a reception following the funeral. On Tuesday (6/19/07) I came home from work and spent 2 hours at a local FedEx Kinko's and took this person's photo and created a piece of art work, put it to oversize, and gave a copy to both the Father/Step Mother, Mother/Step Father. They used it at the wake as well as at the funeral itself. Many people complimented on the effort, and my humble response was that I wish "it didn't have to be done". Again, thanks to all who answered and thanks to those out there who read the item and later contacted me by Y!A email on an individual basis. Best to all of you!
