Postal Letter

I mailed a package via USPS Priority Mail to the wrong city, but the correct zip code. Where will it end up?

  1. It will take longer, but should end up in the right place. Good luck!
  2. Most likely it will be shipped back to you .. Because how do they know you had the correct zip code but wrong city ... you could've had the correct city but wrong zip code ... so they might be sending it back to you.
  3. They look at the zip code more than than the writing. The zip code gets it to the right town. Even the mailman only looks at the address so it should be fine.
  4. It should get to the destination with no problem if the Zip Code and Street Address are okay. The postal service uses automated equipment that just looks at Zip Codes and ignores the cities. If by some chance the machine can't read it then an actual human will read the zip code and route it to the correct place. If a postal worker has to route it then they only focus on the Zip Code. They will actually process at least a piece a second and just don't have the time to look at each Zip Code, compare it with the city and determine if it is wrong.
