Postal Letter

I use an e mail client called COURIER. How can I change it to another client with my backup messages restored?

This mail has my messages which are all downloaded and a back up is taken. Now I want to use another software for my mails and would also want to convert my old messages to the new software. How can I do this.

1. It would have been helpful to know what the new client is going to be but...many email clients have import / export functions on the file or edit menu. Try to import your contact info and emails from your new client. Or export it from your courier to the new client or perhaps to a file. Then maybe the new client can import from the file.
