Who gives news programmes on tv the right to promote privatisation?

The sale of Leeds - Bradford airport was on one 'episode', and talked about excitedly by the presenter, who had remained impartial to every story until then. I always think that they are trying to generate postal activity with complaints. The also are run by people that believe a person is alive to be animated. Holly baker 20 - it was a woman.
