  1. Men kill out of anger, jealousy, rage, that's what we call normal. Crazy people kill out of distortions of reality and insanity. Women kill to protect themselves or their young and of course they can be crazy too, but the fact remains that mostly men kill. Only a crazy person would kill because of a game or video. but there is no question that a person could latch onto a game and use it as a central point for his fantasy which could grow into an obsession, but he would have to be crazy first.
  2. it is my own observation. my mom is kindergarten teacher. she talks what going on in her class. she noticed that all bully pupils were spending a lot of time watching cartoons. as an adult, i curious what is in cartoons make them bullies. so i studied, do you notice in cartoons such as tom and jerry, it is just common scene of violence such as throwing, head banging or whatever. in the eyes of the children whatever they seen is right. 90% is we get our knowledge through seeing. whatever we saw, we put it in our brain. our brain functionally controlled of our emotions. you can research it by the net. i am medical inclined person and we studied also human behavior. i also read journals and psychology books, so what i answered is based on my knowledge.
  3. I think games and media today can definitely influence a violent streak... I mean, games like Halo are teaching kids that it's okay to kill for fun... Those are very interesting stories, which may indeed have been influenced by games & media, but I think one should have to have been playing/watching them for quite a long period of time before reaching that stage.
