Who is the net etiquette person who has determined that using caps is rude?

YOU DO NOT SEEM TO INCLUDE THE U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESIONS IN YOUR SET UP.WHEN I ENTER THE U.S VIRGIN ISLANDS ZIP CODE ,WHICH IS A USPS ACCEPTED ZIP,YOUR RESPONSE IS THAT NO SUCH ZIP CODE EXISTS.!!!!!!!!!!!!! COME ON!WHAT'S WRONG.

  1. Whoever they are they should be hung. I think its the most stupid thing to worry about. Its because whoever it is, they are hyper sensative and they think people are yelling at them when they arent. They need to get a grip.

  3. Got no idea. GOOD QUESTION. I know that its classed as SHOUTING and its a big no no at work.
  4. It is bad manners for two reasons. 1 - It indicates you are shouting at the reader. Very rude. 2 - It is far harder to read than mixed caps. All ability to scan across a line and read it quickly is lost. The reader has to slow right down and almost spell out the words. Wasting the reader's time like this is very rude. It is a bad idea both because it shows a lack of manners and respect for the reader and it also leads most readers to assume the author is lacking in education and intelligence. And that's a lack of respect to yourself which is the worst crime of all. ///
