How much money do postal workers, with degrees, start off making?

- interesting question...hmm. I am not sure that a degree determines the pay scale for postal workers. Although there are different duties within the postal realm...one job that sounds interesting to me is a "Postal Inspector" If you have a degree I would say go for that!
- If they have a degree, they wouldn't be working in the post office.
- It doesn't matter if you possess a degree or not. Postal workers start out at the same hourly rate. You simply have to pass a VERY rigorous civil service test. http://www.postalemployeenetwork.com/usps-pay-administration.htm
- People are giving you the wrong information here. Yeah, the carriers, mail handlers, clerks, janitors don't need a college degree (although you'd be surprised how many do). There are plenty of management & business positions in the postal service that do require a college degree. It all depends on the position.
