Do paypal USPS barcode labels contain addresses?

I've printed up a label, but now the transaction has been canceled. Can I use this paid label to ship to an address int he same zip code, or does the barcode contain specific address information?

1. You need to cancel the label and print a new one. There is no address infornmation in the barcode itself, but that particular barcode is associated with the electronic file that does include the information about the package, including the city. Also, unless the weight is exactly the same, you could overpay, or be short, and the addressee would be cjharged Postage Due. The other thing is that we, as clerks, are very suspicious of altered labels. makes them appear to be reused. Just print another. Cancel this one immediately. With Paypal, you only have 48 hours to do so.
2. You need to void the shipping label so that you get a refund for it, it will take like two weeks, but you will get it. Do not change anything on it, I am very sure that USPS will deny it, try to void the label within 48 hours, is the amount of time that they give to you, so do it now. and just pay for another one.
