Are postal workers subject to random drug tests?

7. Only if they've signed a contract that allows such testing. Check with your union, they would have more specific details.

13. most likely with the inital hiring process. and they will let you know if you are subject to it later or not, and ask you local postman if they are ever tested that will give you the best answer.
14. YES!!!!! I work for the postal service and they inform you in the training classes you take that they have the right to give you a drug test and search any part of you or your vehicle at anytime you are on the post office premisies!!!
