What carrier is commisioned by United States Postal Service for deliveries to Canada?

I ordered an item through eBay and the sender (who is in the US) is sending it to me via USPS. I live in Canada and am wondering what carrier is commissioned by USPS to handle the deliveries in Canada? Thanks!
