Does the United States Postal Service administer random drug tests?

1. Pre employment, random, mandatory post incident (accident).
2. To their employees- yes. If part of the decision making process when seeking employment includes weeding out those that test for drugs, you probably have a problem and should seek professional help.
3. Yes, but they have such a strong union that it is next to impossible to get fired. You may get time off, but thats it. Took a friend of mine over two years to actually get fired for many bouts with alcohol while working.
