Will the postal office send my letter if I am a few cent off?

I cannot find cent stamps

1. If your letter has too much postage, it will go just fine. If your letter has too little postage, either they will send it back to you for insufficient postage, or they will try to collect the postage from the recipient. If it were me (and this does happen to me somewhat often) I'd just put another stamp of a bigger amount on there.

4. No next time just write F.R.A.N.K on the letter and they send it for free.
5. i have done this in the past accidentally and the post was returned insufficient.
6. I have an experience on this which they never send and hold on to it. Since mine is not important i just let it go. Otherwise I have to go back to the post office to claim and restem.
