When is the post office raising the postal rates? How much will a first class stamp cost then?

1. http://www.usps.com I misread the site. It is not 41 cents. One ounce first class mail remains at 39 cents. It's the ones above one ounce that are changing. Sorry about that. When you go to the site and click on the link for the price changes, there's a PDF file that you can open that explains things.
2. Rates hike on May 14th to 41 cents for a first class letter http://www.usps.com/ratecase/welcome.htm
3. I take from some of the answers that this is in the U.S.A.
4. Whenever the service sinks another notch - they raise the rates ..It must be time again .
