- ok you can cash postal orders in the post office but if it has a faint line of stars going thru the name or amount its crossed which means whosever name is on it can only cash it by putting it into your bank account. an uncrossed postal order can be cashed by anyoen at the post office and you dont have to show id, you just sign it at the back.
- If it's crossed it will have two lines going through the middle (vertically) with the words "a/c payee" written between them. In that case, you can only pay the Postal Order into a bank account.
