Can I pay for a money order online or at postal office with a prepaid debit card?

It's a visa, not reloadable and its a giftcard but it says I can use it anywhere so can I pay for a money order? the post office say they take debit card but mine is a prepaid debit card so I dont know. I'm low on cash and really need to pay with the debit so wondering.

3. Yes, you can buy a money order with a debit card, so long as you have a four digit PIN for the card. The rules are on the USPS web site.
