USPS cost phillppines?

How much cost mail or ship to philippines? I try USPS.com and enter my zipcode US and I enter preason zipcode philippines but never show me it said The Destination ZIP Code you have entered is invalid who I send TO This what preason gave me! Female girl! Name: ms che che belleza m.g yulo street , hinigaran City: negros occidental Country: philippines Zip code: 6106 <---------I need 5 number only got 4 digital of zipcode so do anyone know this part city is and zipcode she forgot give me 5 digital she not go be online of a storm so have no way contcat her so she go wait for a mail from me but dont got 5 digial of her house zipcode!

1. Please try below website: http://ircalc.usps.gov/default.aspx?Mode=Intl_Single&CID=10355 I think it does not require ZIPCODE when you are sending it overseas.
2. Phillipines only have 4 numbers for their zip codes. You will have to call USPS or actually physically go by USPS and schedule an International Shipping to ship this package. http://zip-codes.philsite.net/
