  1. YEP
  2. You would have a greater chance of getting the job if you have a high school diploma
  3. A GED is a high school diploma.
  4. You need to go to the post office and ask them what their education requirements are. That is the only way you will know for sure. And a GED is NOT a high school diploma. If it were, they would just call it a diploma. Only people who have GEDs as opposed to a diploma think that they are the same.
  5. a ged is fine
  6. Ged is the equivelant of a high school diploma..But you have to have one of them though!
  7. I can't imagine them not accepting a GED instead of a diploma...they are issued for the same thing, actual completion of high school or equivalent tested knowledge.
  8. They will accept a GED. You just have to pass the test. Then just wait in line. Of course the better scores get hired first. Good Luck.
  9. I believe a ged is fine as long as you pass their entrance exam. Read about it online under us postal service, employment requirements.
  10. Ged's are great i got one and there excepted by 95% or more of companies and colleges.
  11. you need to have either high school diploma or GED. but you must be very good with directions and math english as well.
  12. Either way, you GRADUATED ! congratulations......
  13. you know a GED is good enough for any job you want its all about how you work it, please believe you dont have to have a degree to push, pull, drag, or place letters, because its just a later extension of a diploma. Dont think just because you have your GED that you arent good enough to get a good paying job because thats what it sound like. you can start off there because they do pay good money but you can go real far. so put in the app, take the test and let your skills speak for themself, because no matter what anyone has told you or what you have heard a piece of paper doesnt define the type of person or worker you are or will be so dont be scared just do it and stop doubting your skills take from a GED holder, dont let 3 little letters hold you back from a world that you could have in your hands baby. Thanks for reading and may God bless you in whatever you do be strong i will pray for you. dont hesitate, get your life started.
  14. This explains the difference between a G.E.D. and a High School diploma: "Ged's are great i got one and there excepted by 95% or more of companies and colleges." I think this guy meant: "G.E.D.'s are great. I earned one and have found they're accepted by most employers and colleges."
