Postal Worker Transfer Reassignment ?? NY to LV.?

I applied for the Postal Office Reassignment in August 0f 2007 been working for the Postal Office for 28 Years. How long will it take for my transfer to come. I'm from New York my transfer destination is Las Vegas because my Home is closing for sale by June 30 of this year and switch maintence occuption for a paid cut.
