Postal Letter

Are there any USPS jobs available in New Hampshire?

I've searched on USPS.com, and get no results. There must be SOME USPS jobs in New Hampshire, right? Im currently a Senior Mail Clerk at a campus mailroom in MA, but I am thinking of moving to NH.

  1. Go to your Post Office, they usually post openings on their front door. If not ask the clerk. Real easy.
  2. There is never any posting of job openings with USPS. USPS also does not advertise in Help Wanted classifieds for Career positions. All you can do is go to your local PO and submit an application to take the Civil Service Examination. You may also go to a larger PO and ask about Casual or Transitional Employee employment. These are not career positions but through the TE position, you may get the chance to take the test and get a career job. Casual employment never leads to a permanent job, has no benefits at all and is usually paid in the $8-12 range.
