Postal Letter

I am planning on starting up my own messenger, courier, expedited delivery service, how do I get it started?

I have the funds to get a license, incorporate my name, get a van, advertise, etc., it's just what are essentially the basic set up needs to get it off the ground? I can get a checking account showing DBA, apply for a business license, but in what order do these things need to get done. All advice and tips are welcomed. Thanks in advance for responding.
