What do I need to do to get into a USPS job?

Where can go to find available USPS jobs in my home area? What do I need to know to get a USPS job. Is there an examination or study program I need to complete?

1. Here is the website below. You will have to register for the test, they will send you study material and a date and time and location to take it. They ask what offices you are available to work in. You get 5 extra points for being a veteran and 5 more for purple heart. Good Luck!

3. Go to usps.com and click on jobs/careers. Look up for job openings based on what state you live in. From there, applying is pretty straight forward and simple. You will have to take a postal examination when it becomes available.
