Which van is easiest to get spares for in NORTH AFRICA, MAINLAND EUROPE and ASIA?

I want to drive a delivery van a long way in many places, so I want a model I can readily get spare parts for wherever they happen to break. Which model is most common? If not referring to all of these regions, please mention which one your answer relates to.
