I work as a delivery driver,recently i accidently went off the road in the van i amhaving topay is this right?

1. Your employers insurance has to pick up the tab
2. your employer should be insured and the insurance should be paying the tab NOT YOU they may have you pay the deductable. if they do make you pay anything, get it in writting and you could use that for taxes next year as a write off :) Make sure you know exactly what you are paying :)
