what kind of permits and or licenses do i need to start a delivery service?

I am starting a delivery service, for families that don't have the time to grocery shop, I will take their list do the shopping for them and deliver it to them. I live in Jupiter, palm beach county, fl. I want to be legal but not sure what I need to do.
