Could you start a delivery service from your home?

And what would be the laws for ny. like licences and whatnot . delivery for groceries like that and what if the person wanted beer would you have to have a liqour license for beer and can you deliver alcohol in ny. could you do this out of you home or not. and if yes how would you start? my husban and i wher drinking the other night and only had 2 but wanted more and thought how great it would be if there was a delivery for it but dont know how to start somd the lawsfor ny . and to start from your home .any help on this? I tryed searching for answers but very confusing.

2. I am looking for the same thing. I want to start a beer/cigarette delivery service. I know the local taxi company sends drivers to get alcohol for people, so is there any stipulations or loopholes I could work? 5. I actually worked for some of these services in Canada. They're fairly easy to start, nearly impossible to keep running and a nightmare to manage. Drivers quit without warning, get beat up and robbed by customers and nopbody makes any money to speak of. I would recommend that you forgettaboutit.
