Can you legally run a home based pizza delivery service, and label it as catering?

I live in a state where you can run a catering business and prepare the food at home with a permit. I am wondering if instead of actually catering large weddings and what not if i could essentially run a pizza or sub shop that delivers. Kinda like catering, just delivering a ton of small 1-2 person orders.

1. It's a different kind of permit. So no, it's not legal. And if you get caught... if someone gets sick from one of your pizzas, you'll get fined or worse. It's not a good idea.
2. unless you have a permit no. you have to have a food inspector too.
3. Talk to your local code enforcement official. S/he will have all the answers you seek.
