How do I start my own delivery business?

I would like delivery matresses and furniture for like roomstore, lacks ect. I am thinkg of buying or leasing a 16' box truck. I have some friends that do it now but they aren't real fourth coming with any info. It will be just myself and my brother. I live in TX. Any help would be appricated. I am also disable (bi-polar 1 and 2. So this is the easyiest thing for me. I am physicaly fit, and I am eager to work, I have furinture experience and I am a comp tia certified pc and network tech, I just want somthing of my own. Any help would be moumental, I just don't know where to start. Thanks a bunch, I am hoping this will be my way back to a almost normal life.
