  1. All wil depend upon the area in which you are going to start that business
  2. You need to do a business plan. Creating a business plan will answer of your questions. Once you are up and running, your business plan becomes a living document. Meaning, it will change as your business evolves. As long as you go back to review, adjust, and keep current, it should keep your business solid. You will also need one if you need to borrow money to get your business started, or need money to expand at a later date. As far as insurance, I think most companies will not cover your vehicle if it is involved in an accident while being used for business purposes. There is commercial auto policies available. Your current insurance company may provide those types of policies. make a phone call or check their website to find out. Go to, call, or check the net for your local Small Business Administration (SBA) office. They normally have FREE business start-up classes. With an appointment, they will usually assist with any questions you may have about putting together a business plan. they can even help when the time comes to go shopping for funding....if you need start-up/operating capital. Do research in your area will answer your questions. Not knowing where you are intending to start this business, it is impossible for anyone on here to know whether this type of business/service is needed, or if the market is already saturated.
