how can i make my home beer delivery business effective?

im starting a business that would deliver a case of beer at your doorstep for parties or if you're having a couple of drinking buddies invited at your place.

1. start with your friends. word of mouth. maybe put up a flyer or something at liquor stores with a tear off so people can grab the number. on a side note, be careful about making sure you are delivering to people of age. i can see the cops being real a-holes about this sort of business.
2. would u sell international beers and where r u based? if ur around LA and u supply aussie beers let me know coz id love to deliver my father in law some cases.he couldnt get enough of our australian beer when he was here. hed be ur number one customer!
3. Lots of things. Service must be a priority, though. How about units for draught beer? Loan them at a resonable price. Include other relavant items in you selection like ice, Coke, spirits, wine or salty drinking snacks. How about online ordering? I would also try to concentrate on higher-end products like microbrews. People who order from you probably don't see the price as a problem. And maybe you could include a few "testers" from new products, so that your customers always come back. Good luck!
