can andhow i start a mobile beer delivery business?

Can you start a beer delivery system in ca. to be able to drive and take orders to deliver beer to clients at their homes ?If so how do i go about starting it up?

1. I'm sure you can as there are many food places that will deliver beer to your home. My local pizza joint, for example. Also, there are many websites that will deliver (beer of the month) so it has to be legal. Sorry, I don't know how you'd start, though.
