I want to start a wine delivery business in my city, not a store yet. Where do I start? Thanks !?

I already have Warehouse space available and a Delivery vehicle, if it seems to be succesful I would open a store.

1. you would probably need to to start with the liquor control board to see if there are any regulations or licensing for what you want to do since it involves alcohol - if you want to actually open a wine store - that's a whole other matter - definitely regulations and licensing involved
2. Start with learning more about legal compliance. You're probably messing with some very dicey (if not totally prohibited) activity.
3. If you are "selling" you would need liquor license if you are just delivering it might be less complicated.
