Is there a specific kind of degree I need or a certain level of education?

1. In the UK and Ireland you would need an Operators License. Which is issued after successfully completing the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Exam. Don't worry it is not that difficult. Check out the Road Haulage Association website for details.
