If I got injured in my state by a delivery business firm in another state, what court do I bring suit?

3. you bring suit in the county court in the county where the injury occurred.
4. YOU can choose. your state in your district, where the accident occured if there is a statue that says consent is there if they drive in the state. or in their state district where that state court allows. the person saying interstate commerce is not really right your only way to get it in federal court is diversity jurisdiction.
