I want to get a Full time job in the USPS?

I want to move to AZ and I think it would be cool if I got a job in the postal service. USPS. But I heard its not full time in the start. Or is it. How do I become full time in the start of a postal job, do you have to get a good score on the exam.

1. Career employees start out as PTFs = part time flexible. They can and will change your schedule frequently. You can work as little as 4 hours. You can be scheduled a split shift, meaning working 4 hours in the a.m., be off for 3 or 4 hours, then go back and work another 4 hours. Of course, it would not be that way if you are a carrier.
