sandwich delivery business?

hi my girlfriend is starting a sandwich delivery business from home to start off with and would like some help 1.does she need a food handling certificate? 2. does she have to get our home premises checked by the council 3 any thing else

3. You need more help than Q/A can give... You need license/bonding in some states. Health laws apply and inspections.. equipment inspections. classes. medical physical passed,, what your state says...
4. Yes to 1 and 2. You need to find out what else the effect of running a business from home entails, eg tax, mortgage company, insurance etc.
5. It's better to search for rules for 'sandwich delivery business' in your country and know the guidelines properly before investing on it.

7. I do believe you will need to complete items 1 & 2 on your list as well as obtain a business license. You may also need to obtain a sales tax permit if your area collects sales tax.
