How can I improve my chances of getting a full time job at the USPS?

Other than scoring higher on the postal exam, what do they look for on the resume? I do not have a 4 year college degree, but I would really like a postal job for the good pay and benefits...

1. one of the ways is to get to know the people who work there,or ask people you know if they know anybody that work there,you might also apply to be a sub when somebody calls in sick or takes a vacation.remember its not what you know, its who you know
