Postal Letter

Who deliver mail to the mailman that delivers mail to our houses?

Does he deliver his own mail? Just curious...

  1. Not very likely...it's not very common that a mail carrier is given a route that includes their own address. Generally, another postal carrier will deliver their mail.
  2. The clerks sort the mail to different routes and then it is brought to the carriers. The carriers sort out the mail in the order of delivery on his route. Sometimes a carrier will deliver his own mail. I know....I am a retired letter carrier!!! Have a great day!!!
  3. No.. A mailman has areas where they are set to cover, like for instance from this street all the way down to the border of that street, so Who ever covers that mailsmans area will deliver to them. Just because you are a mialman it doesn't mean you deliver your own mail. You may even be a mailman in another town and will never even see your own mail.
