answer fedex questions why dont people tell us tracking number?

okay since I work for fedex/kinkos I like to answer fedex delivery questions from others but i have noticed people have asked wheres my package or when will it be delivered 9 times out of 10 people wiil not the tracking number if I had the tracking number I can give you a better answer! why dont tell the tracking number! it would help a lot! yet a lot people ask that question where is my package so they have to have the tracking number! dont you think?

Lol, Mark if a person had the tracking number they could do it themselves on line---I've done it...I think when peeps order stuff you need to tell the shippers to give their customers the tracking number from where they bought stuff....There really is no point in them coming to you at all about "where is my package"....
