Shipping FedEx through Kinkos - delivery time and tracking?

I ordered something on eBay and it was shipped yesterday (3-31) via FedEx Kinkos. Online the tracking says "Mar 31, 2008 4:08 AM Package data transmitted to FedEx." It is being shipped from a city 4 hours away and the Delivery Date is today (April 1). I called FedEx this morning and the customer service agent told me pretty much what the web site said. From experience, will I get it today or was there a mistake?

1. If it's shipped next day, you should get it. If via ground, it should sit in the warehouse for one night. Sometimes, it just depends on the volume recieved that particular day...
2. It really depends on what service they used. Fedex kinkos offers the same services that a Fedex location does so if it went Priority overnight it would arrive the first at 10-1030am on 4/1, Standard Overnight would arrive before 3pm on 4/1, 2day would get there 4/2 before 430pm, Express Saver (3days) 4/2 before 430pm. Ground on the other hand should take only one day and if you information is correct on where its coming from it should be thiere 4/1 some time in the afternoon. Hope this helps! :)
