fedex tracking log??

how long does fed ex hold on to files and tracking numbers in their system? and do they really monitor all the calls that come in because they have told me 378463876 different stories.. im thinking about filing a complaint. I paid for 2 day ground.. and finally got my package 10 days later.

1. This information should definately still be in their system. Go to www.fedex.com and enter the tracking number. If the package was delayed due to the weather in the Northeast, you won't get any relief, it's considered an "act of God" and beyond their control. If it was coming from the Northeast and going to the Northeast, it should not have been delayed as these packages are trucked, not flown and FEDEX worked all days. If it had to be flown into or out of this area, then they delay is legit.
