Where is the best place to ship a package overseas via FedEx.?

and does it cost the same wherever you send it from? like Kinko's, or the post office, or Staples, etc. Thanks so much.

1. It's cheapest to do online if you have a fedex account. Otherwise, it's all pretty much the same price.
2. no no no send package via DHL its more secure and is international FedEx is USA and they opening all packages and they asking for fees before they deliver to the receiver
