Where do I get shipping supplies in Chicago?

I need to ship several big boxes (about 20x20x20"). Where are all these rumors about free boxes at UPS and FedEx coming from? They want $10-15 per box! After seeing Uline sells them for $2 apiece, I don't feel like paying %600 more. Is there any place to get boxes in Chicago that's not a UPS/Kinko/etc.? What do people do with all their used moving boxes?

1. Just order them from ULINE. If you order before 6PM they ship out that day. You would get them the following business day.
