3. Forever. I ordered an item that was sent by them last month. It never came. I live in a small, one road town, with my name on my door. They sent it back. I never got.it. My money is lost.
4. its 2 day delivery and depending on where you live there is a cut off time east coast is 7pm you also can request next day or overnight delivery it has to be done before 3pm eastern time
5. if you had the tracking number we could tell you you could also go to the FedEx website and enter in the tracking number it will give you a estimated date for delivery
