FEDEX GROUND and shipping question?

Answer these questions: 1. How long does FedEx Ground take to deliver you a package? 2. If I ordered a computer with 5 to 10 day shipping with FedEx ground, how long will it ACTUALLY take to ship? 3. Which one is better: UPS or FedEx? THANKS!

1. Just MHO, I HATE Fedex, they are slower, and less careful with a package than UPS. I cannot answer 1-2 because I just have had 2 many bad experiences with them to use them again.
2. UPS because they are union. the union gets us better pay and benefits. i don't know about you but i don't want any disgruntle people handling my fragile package
3. Question 1: depends on where the shipper and the receiver are. In other words, if the shipper is in California and you are in say Florida the package could take 5-6 days to arrive. Now say you are in California and the shipper is in California it could take 1-2 days to arrive. Question 2: see question one Question 3 Both are about the same delivery speed wise. I would say that Fed Ex usually damages packages less frequently than UPS.
4. Depends on where it is sent from. Usually it gets there early if it is shipped from your half of the country. Otherwise you can expect it right on time. I usually ship with UPS, but that is just a local issue. It is really better to try both out if you have things ships on a semi-regular basis.

6. If you just ordered the computer depending on where you ordered it from.... Walmart online maybe 5-10 days. If the computer is being custom built it may take months to get it. Kepp after the company. It took them a month to even ship my computer. They were building it as I ordered. I like UPS better they seem to be quicker and you have to be there and sign for FEDEX. cnaggles
