how do you determine shipping classes for freight?

i want to ship furniture to other states. fedex and ups require shipping classes to give you rate quotes. you can get these i think by looking at the master freight table. my computer shows me a blank page when i go there. i had adobe 4.0 and upgraded to 6.0 yet nothing happens. any ideas?

2. The organization that determines freight classes is the National Motor Freight Traffic Association. You can order a NMFC guide at their website. http://www.nmfta.org/NatlMotorFreightClassification/tabid/110/Default.aspx Michael T is an idiot. That is absolutely not how you determine freight classes.
