FedEx hidden shipping costs? What the hell!? Please help!?

I just bought online 1GB of memory RAM for my computer at Crucial.com and I paid 72$ (59$ for the product and 13$ for the freight charges) online. FedEx will send it to my home and they said I have to pay 17$ for the shipping costs. Why is that? Wasn't I supposed to pay just the 13$ to Crucial.com and they said to me everything is covered? Why is FedEx charging me 17$??? Has anyone had a problem like this with FedEx. Please help me, they will deliver in a few hours to my house, I live in Canada, but FedEx is the same one from US. Please help anyone...

1. There may be a customs fee or an extra fee for international shipments.
2. The only thing I can think of is Crucial.com is charging you as well as FedEx. Just call FedEx and make such a huge stink about it that they don't charge you!

4. Why does this sound like a COD for freight.??If shipping and handling is part of the purchase price then FED_X should not be charging you anything. It is not their place to charge you any government tax.. Call Critical and complain like hell...This their problem, not yours..If you paid by credit card cancel if they do not make good on their sale......
