How is Fedex and Kinkos a Strategic Partnership?

1. well Fedex bought Kinkos, Viking Freight, and some other company and now FedEx owns these companines: FedEx Express FedEx Ground FedEx Freight FedEx Kinkos they are affiliated but still separate companies..
2. By being both incompetent and unreliable at the same time! Now that's synergy!
3. it was a great idea (I think) because a customer can come in and copy their document and then send it off at the same place plus it gave FedEx more places to have their customers ship or receive packages FedEx has a service call Hold at Location which mean anyone can have a package sent to them at a FedEx Kinko's location for them to pick up -and a lot of FedEx Kinko's are open 24 hours so the recipient doesn't have to rush and get their package before the FedEx center closed
