I twice did not take up job as casual mail sorter in usps, now after 3 months will they rehire me?

I was offered this job twice but I had some urgent work to take care of in my country, now after 3 months I am ready to work . I hope I am not disqualified will they rehire me?

1. Probably not. You were lucky to even get called a second time. You can only contact the office and see if they are still looking for Casual workers.
